I recommend you call your insurance company before our first appointment. If you need authorization for sessions you will have it and you will know the amount of your copay if you have one. Being knowledgeable about your insurance benefits can limit unpleasant surprises about coverage later on.
I set aside time for your appointments and require at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Cancellations without notice will be charged to you and cost $90.00.
